Great design requires a flawless foundation. For this project, I partnered with ASB Construction Group to transform a vision into a structural reality. Together, we balanced high-end finishes with precision craftsmanship, ensuring that every detail—from the floor plan to the final decor—was executed to perfection.
Peploe Road began with just 80 square feet on a single level. A modern home designed with a clean and simple style. It stands out from the nearby Victorian houses because of its contemporary design and smooth structure.
One of the main features of the house is the vaulted ceiling. The curved ceiling makes the main living area feel more open, bright, and spacious.
The ground floor has an open-plan layout where the living room and kitchen connect smoothly. Large windows allow natural light to enter the house while still keeping the space private.
The lower level contains the bedrooms. The house includes four bedrooms, with the main bedroom having its own terrace and private bathroom.
Overall, the design focuses on comfort, natural light, and a calm living space. The house combines modern architecture with a simple and practical layout.
